29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  1408 Tullahoma Dr. (Prattville AL);  On or about December 1, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 20.5 feet to the ground below in that the employer permitted employees engaged in framing activities on the second story of a structure to work without being provided with fall protection.  Simon Pioquinto dba Simon Pioquinto was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1043240, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 24, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 255 Melison Dr. Lot 65, Providence Subdivision, Pike Road, AL 36064.  Simon Pioquinto dba Simon Pioquinto was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1016886, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 17, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 105, Morgan Woods, Auburn, AL 36830.
