29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. 1) On or about June 21, 2025, at 412 Crushing Heights Lot 168 Pike Road, AL. 36064 employees were performing framing operation without fall protection being used, on top of the ceiling joist.
