29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): The employer did not prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck: (a) On or about 11/25/2015 - Warehouse/Finished Goods Area, Linde Counterbalanced Forklift, Model ER-18-AC (three wheel), Serial #A15020W00024, a forklift operator was injured when he placed his right hand around the back right forklift cage roll bar exposing his fingers to the outside of the cage while operating a forklift in reverse.
