29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): 29 CFR 1926.20 (b)(2) The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer: a) Roof: On or about December 2, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure framing subcontractors used fall protection while conducting framing related activities over a four day period which exposed employees to falls up to 19-feet to the ground below.
