29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    (a)  On or about January 15, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees had free and clear access to the exit from the north side of the conveyor belt in the tunnel under the west grain storage bins, where the doors were locked and sealed requiring workers to climb under the conveyor belt to exit.    (b)  On or about January 15, 2016, and at times prior the employer did not ensure that employees had free and clear access to the emergency exits from the east metal grain bins in that the exits from the emergency evacuation ladders were locked during operations when employees were on top of the bins. 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:   (a) On or about January 15, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from electrical and fire hazards in that the electrical panels in the following locations were blocked from access:  1)  In the electrical room in the feed mill, panels were blocked by seats, trash cans and tools. 2)  On the west wall next to the north facing bay door in the tug room, the electrical boxes were blocked by brooms, buckets, and other material. 3)  In the electrical room from where the augers for the west grain storage are controlled, had cardboard storedin front of the electrical panels.
