29 CFR  1910.307(c):Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location:      (a) Flagler Cooperative Association in Flagler, CO: On or before 7/6/22 the employer did not ensure that all electrical equipment located in the tunnel of the concrete elevator was designed and rated for classified locations. A general use switchbox by the stairs on the east side by the stairs in the tunnel was not rated for Class II Division I locations. This condition exposed employees to fire and dust explosion hazards.   Abatement Note: Abatement Certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
