Employee was operating a pneumatic nail gun installing plywood roof sheathing while not wearing any eye and or face protection exposing him to eye and face injuries from flying debris. b) 9 Greylynne Drive, Monroe Twp., NJ 08831. Employee was operating a circular saw cutting plywood roof sheathing while no wearing any eye and or face protection exposing him to eye and face injuries from flying debris. Condition occurred on or about 01/26/16.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 9 Greylynne Drive, Monroe Twp., NJ 08831. Four employees were observed installing new plywood roof sheathing on a two story single family home with no fall protection systems in place exposing them to fall hazards. Condition occurred on or about 01/26/16.
