At 1379 Kiawah St and 1544 Resolute St, Celebration Florida, employees were exposed to a 30 feet fall hazard during framing operations of two single family homes, three stories high, in that, training and education on fall protection was not provided, on or about 02/08/2016. b. A certification of abatement was not provided for: Citation 2 item 1 issued under 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1) where a safety and health program was not initiated and/or maintained to provide compliance with the general safety and health provisions of the standard.
