29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a)  567 Ocean Ave, Lakewood NJ:  On or about 3/11/2016, Station Builders Inc. employees were conducting sheathing activities on a new construction, multi-story, townhome style  residential structure.  Two employees were installing sheathing on the first floor porch roof.  The workers were not protected by guard rails, PFAS, or any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 16 feet to the ground below.
