Non-metallic sheathed cable was spliced with flexible cord to complete the wiring circuit. This open air splice exposes employees to electrical shock hazards. b) Shop at 212 Redwood Lane in Manheim, PA - On or about July 27, 2017, the employer did not ensure a flexible electric cord mated with a "handy" box was wired in accordance with the listing and labeling instructions. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
