29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: In the paint booth area(s) of the facility the employer is failing to protect employee(s) from hazards associated with the use of tight fitting respirators. The employer did not providing advise on the use of respirators (N95 mask) as prescribed under Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134. Employees are voluntarily using N95 masks during painting operations.
