Employer did not ensure that the manometer on an spray booth was functioning to indicate the required air exhaust speed was maintained. On or about February 3, 2023, the manometer gauge for open face spray booth #2 was not functioning.

On or about February 3, 2023, a respirator cartridge change-out schedule for half-mask respirators used for solvent and powder coat spray coating, had not been developed.
