29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)  a- Block 404.37, Lot 2, 2 Kendall Drive, Medford NJ: Employees, not utilizing fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof truss installation, and other related activities, while walking/working from the top plates of a residential structure's outer walls.  These exposed employees had not received fall hazard recognition and protection training from the company.  Condition noted on or about 03/24/16 and 04/07/16.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
