29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. On or about April 25, 2016, employees engaged in decking the roof of an 8:12 pitch two-story residential home were not protected from falling up to 30 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest or any other type of fall protection method. Florida's Frame Pro, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112257, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on January 12, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 601 Division Ave, Ormond Beach, FL. Florida's Frame Pro, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978245, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2140 LPGA Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL. Florida's Frame Pro, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315480699, citation number 01, item number 001(a) and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 13162 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225. b. On or about April 25,2016, inside home, the balcony area did not have a guardrail system exposing employees to a 14 feet 5-inch fall hazard.
