29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a. An employee installing sheathing is not being protected from falling up to 31 feet by the use of a fall protection system.   The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on March 28, 2018, when an employee installing sheathing at 1110 S Central Ave, Flagler Beach, FL 32136, are being exposed up to a 31 feet fall hazard above the ground in that they did not have a fall protection system installed.  Florida's Frame Pro, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1278114, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 20, 20188, with a workplace located at 2777 Enterprise Road, Orange City, FL 32763.  Florida's Frame Pro, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1273610, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on January 2, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 403 Airport Road, Ormond Beach, FL 32174.  Florida's Frame Pro, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143996, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 542 John Anderson Drive, Ormond Beach, FL 32173.  Florida's Frame Pro, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112257, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on January 16, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 60 Division Ave, Ormond Beach, FL 32174.  Florida's Frame Pro, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978245, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2140 LPGA Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
