29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a. Employees installing Hardi board siding from a roof bracket scaffold are not being protected from falling up to 16 feet by the use of a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on October 23, 2017, when employees installing Hardi board at 403 Airport Road, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, are being exposed up to a 16 feet fall hazard above the ground in that they did not have a fall protection system installed. Florida's Frame Pro, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143996, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 542 John Anderson Drive, Ormond Beach, FL 32173.
