29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. 62 Ditmar Blvd., Readington, NJ - Lot 62, Regency at Readington Development Employees engaged in residential framing activities were not protected from fall by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees installing sheathing to the second level at levels greater than 12 feet were observed working at the edge without the use of fall protection. Violation observed on or about May 11, 2016 Quick Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1122657, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2016, with respect to a workplace located 125 S Van Pelt Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Quick Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1130916, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Woodmont Ridge At Upper Macungie, 5265 Rockrose Lane, Allentown, PA 18104.
