29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be conducted by a competent person designated by the employer was not provided by the employer who was responsible to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program:    a- 258 Gordon Road, 26.03 - Lot 8, Robbinsville NJ: On or about 05/24/16 the controlling and correcting employer for this jobsite had not performed a worksite inspection by a competent person to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition.  As such, sub-contractor employees were exposed to struck by, fall, and other worksite related hazards.      Wood Home Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1078430, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/20/15, with respect to a workplace located at Mary Lane, Springside at Robbinsville, Robbinsville NJ.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
