29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Montage at Hamilton, 1100 Talbot Way, Hamilton, NJ: A Navy Contractors Inc. employee working from man-basket raised on the forks of a RTFL was not using any form of fall protection, exposing him to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet. Wood Home Construction Inc. was the controlling employer for this work activity and did not take appropriate action to abate the hazard.
