29 CFR 1926.501(c): When employees were exposed to falling objects the employer did not require employees to wear hard hats and did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling from higher levels as set forth in (c)(1)-(3) of this section:  At the jobsite located at 12315 W 163rd Terrace, Overland Park KS 66221:  Employees engaging in residential framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling objects in that hard hats were not provided for employees passing materials to employees on the upper level.

At the jobsite located at 12315 W 163rd Terrace, Overland Park KS 66221; Employees engaging in residential framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that employees did not have eye protection while working with pneumatic nail guns.  ADJB Construction, LLC. Was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1109367, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 26,2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9800W 163rd Street Overland Park KS 66221.

ADJB Construction, LLC. Was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1109367, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 26,2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9800W 163rd Street Overland Park KS 66221.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed.  Employees engaging in residential framing activities at the jobsite located at 12315 W 163rd Terr. Overland park KS 66221 were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that the portable ladder used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing and was not secured.  ADJB Construction, LLC. Was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1109367, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on February 26,2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9800W 163rd Street Overland Park KS 66221.
