29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. 445 Inman Avenue, Colonia, NJ - Heritage at Colonia Development - Building 7 Employees engaged in the residential framing activities of multi-family homes were observed working from the top of the trusses at heights greater than 20 feet and were not protected from falls by use of a safety net system, guard rail system, or a personal fall arrest system. Violation observed on or about June 4, 2016 Station Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1126501, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 85 & 87 Arlington Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701. Station Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1106727, citation number 1, item number one and was affirmed as a final order on May 23, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 103-107 Alter St Philadelphia, PA 19147.
