THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1085869, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 11, 2015 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, 2755 MISSION BOULEVARD, KINGMAN, ARIZONA 86401.
