29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6:    (a) Flammable Storage Room, Flammable Cabinet: Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing nine 14.1 Ounce Coleman Propane Fuel Cylinder with flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to, approximately twelve Krylon Interior Spray Paint and approximately five Dorex Imperial Chain Saw Oil in the same flammable storage cabinet.  (b) Warehouse, Flammable Cabinet: Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing one 14.1 Ounce ZeroStart Diesel Engine Starting Fluid with flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to, approximately twelve spray cans of Sunrise Dynamite Vehicle Cleaner Polisher and approximately twelve spray cans of Magic Penetrating Lubricant.  THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT WAS PREVIOSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALANT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.101(b) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1085972, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND AS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 10, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, PARTNERS POINT ROAD, LAKE HAVASU CITY, ARIZONA 86406.
