DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 1085587, CITATION 01, ITEM 003 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 23, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, PARTNERS POINT, LAKE HAVASU, ARIZONA 86406.
