29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Lot 178-179 Courtly Road, Preserves @ Robinson Farms, Townsed, DE: On or about May 25, 2016, the employer failed to protect employees from a fall hazard of approximately 27 feet.  The employees were installing a structure on the roof, without any fall protection.    1. Station Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1106727, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 23, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 103-107 Alter Street in Philadelphia, PA.  2. Station Builder was previously cited for a similar violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1117761, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 200 Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, Voorhees, NJ;  3. Station Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1126501, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed a final order on April 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 85-87 Arlington Avenue in Lakewood, NJ.  4. Station Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1106495, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/10/16, with respect to a workplace located at 9 Wells Drive, Medford NJ.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
