29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) Moore Industries, Inc. located in Montpelier, Ohio; On or about June 30, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that the work floor and work platforms near presses such as, but not limited to #7, #8, and #10, were maintained in so far as possible a dry condition. The floor and work platforms presented oil accumulations which exposed employees to slip and fall hazards.
