Parker Excavating Inc. project site located at the intersection of Arndt and McKinley Sts. Fond du Lac, WI: On July 6, 2016, an employee was exposed to eye and face injuries while cutting a buried pipe with a gas cut off saw when he was not wearing safety glasses or a face shield.

Fond du Lac, WI: On July 6, 2016, an employee was exposed to engulfment hazards while working in a trench that was 4'-6" wide, 4' long, and 6'-4" deep without shielding or shoring where he was standing.
