There shall be no open flame or spark producing equipment in any spraying area nor within 20 feet thereof, unless separated by a partition. a) On or about July 6, 2016 the employer failed to ensure that there was no spark producing equipment within 20 feet of the spraying area. A pole barn used as a spray area; electrical outlets and uncovered lights were in the spray area. They were not designed for use in a Class I Division II hazardous location.
