29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: At the jobsite located at 2604 W 43rd St S, Wichita, KS: Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided. Soria Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard number 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1092167, citation 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 534 S Edgemoor, Wichita, Kansas 67213. Soria Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1082296, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/31/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 532 S Edgemoor, Wichita, Kansas 67213.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At the jobsite located at 2604 W 43rd St S, Wichita KS: Employees engaged in residential re-roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that employees were not trained effectively to recognize the circumstances when fall protection was required and the methods needed to ensure compliance. Soria Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1092167, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 534 S Edgemoor, Wichita, Kansas 67213.
