29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On the jobsite located at 4450 N Sunny Ct. Wichita, KS 67205 employees engaged residential framing activities using pneumatic nail guns were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the jobsite located at 4450 N Sunny Court Wichita, KS 67205 employees engaged in residential roofing activities on a 10:12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards 9.6 feet from the working surface to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized.  Luis Soria was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1327254, citation number 2, item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on October 11, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1824 S. Chateau S. Wichita, KS 67207.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where (a) portable ladder(s) was/were used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder's length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed, the ladder was not secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect, and/or a grasping device was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder.    At the jobsite located at 4450 N Sunny Court Wichita, KS 67205 employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 10:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9.6 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that the ladder used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 feet above the eave or was not secured to the structure.  Luis Soria was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1327254, citation number 1, item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on October 11, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1824 S. Chateau S. Wichita, KS 67207.
