29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On the temporary jobsite located at 5460/5462 Sandkey Ct. Wichita, KS 67204 employees engaged residential roofing activities using pneumatic nail guns were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized.  Luis Soria was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1600617, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-09-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4450 N Sunny Ct. Wichita, KS 67205.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On the temporary jobsite located at 5460/5462 Sandkey Ct. Wichita, KS 67204, employees engaged in residential roofing activities on a 6:12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards 9 foot 7 inches from the working surface to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized.  Luis Soria was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1600617, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-09-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4450 N Sunny Ct. Wichita, KS 67205.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On the temporary jobsite located at 5460/5462 Sandkey Ct. Wichita, KS 67204, employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 7 inches feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that the ladder used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 feet above the eave or was not secured to the structure.  Luis Soria was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1600617, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-09-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4450 N Sunny Ct. Wichita, KS 67205.
