This hazard was observed on 7/25/16.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.  a) Gables Way, Monroe Township, NJ 08831:  Employees who were engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to fall hazards of up to 11 feet 3 inches through an open floor on the first floor.  This hazard was observed on 7/23/16.

This hazard was observed on 7/23/16.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Gables Way, Monroe Township, NJ 08831:  Employees who were engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of up to 18 feet 4 inches and were not protected by an adequate fall protection system.  This hazard was observed on 7/23/16 and 7/25/16.  Station Builders Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1126501, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/26/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 85 & 87 Arlington Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701.  Station Builders Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1106495, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/26/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9 Wells Drive, Medford NJ.
