29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. Employees bracing trusses at elevations of 6 feet or more above the ground are not protected from fall hazards by a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on July 25, 2016, when employees bracing trusses on the roof at Lot 5, 59 Queensland Circle, Jacksonville, FL 32258, were exposed up to a 23.7 feet fall hazard above the ground in that they did not have a fall protection system installed.
