29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Weinbrenner Shoe Company, Inc. facility located in Merrill, WI: On and before July 18, 2016, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while cleaning the Louis G. Freeman Co. Block Planer, SN 9312, which was a 220v, 3 phase cord and plug connected tool, when a LOTO procedure had not been established to address stored energy present while the motor was coasting to a stop.
