29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:    a) On or about 8/18/16 at a residential construction project located at 3881 Jody Court, Orchard Park, New York;   employees performing roofing activities from a ladder jack scaffold approximately 16 feet high and were not protected from falling by a personal fall arrest system.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about 8/18/16 at a residential construction project located at 3881 Jody Court, Orchard Park, New York; employees were installing shingles on the roof of a 2 story house with a 8 in 12 roof pitch and an eave height of approximately 22 feet. There was no fall protection in use.    NO CERTIFICATION ABATEMENT REQUIRED    Brock Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132612, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/25/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Darien Court Lot #90, Lancaster, New York.
