29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 2/26/18 on the roof of a house under construction at 9056 Somerset Way, Clarence Center, NY: Three employees engaged in roofing work on a steep roof were exposed to a fall of up to approx. 16 ft. All of the employees were wearing full body harnesses, but none had lanyards attached to them . No other fall protection system was in place. Pitch of the roof was approx. 6 in 12. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED Brock Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1205811, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Pear Tree Lane, Lancaster, NY 14086
