OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees On or about August 24, 2016 and there prior, the employer stacked pallets and boxes of merchandise on unstable dented storage racks in the warehouse, exposing employees to struck-by hazards from falling objects in the following areas: a. 1 dented structural brace support member on aisle 14. b. 4 dented structural brace support members on rack at aisle 19. c. 1 dented structural brace support member on rack 64/77
