Polo Masonry Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 192119, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed final order on April 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2431 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL 60618.
