29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures. a). Sawmill, Edger # 1 - On or about and times prior to October 5, 2016, an Eaton Heavy Duty Safety Switch (i.e. disconnect switch - Edger # 1 Live Fence) that was not rated to be used in wet or damp locations was subjected to rain water from the leaking roof during inclement weather, thus exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
