29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above the floor or platform were not enclosed: a) Back Shop, Cutting Department - On or about September 23, 2016, two sprocket and chain assemblies on the conveyor of a KM-16 trim saw were not guarded, thus exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
