On or about 10/28/2016, workers conducting roof repair on a residential building located at 5129 Dominion Dr., Arnold Missouri were not protected from falling. J & H Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained OSHA inspection number 1065982, citation 1, item 1and was affirmed as final order on 07/16/2015 with respect to a workplace located at 645 Castle Ridge Drive, Ballwin, Missouri.
