29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:       On or about November 29, 2016, in the shipping and receiving warehouse work area, the employees worked in the loading and unloading the freight trailers with metal finished products and work surfaces were not regularly cleaned to prevent avoidable lead exposure, such as those potentially caused by re-entrained lead dust.    Monitoring was conducted to ascertain lead presence and exposure. On November 29, 2016 the wipes samples were taken to ascertain lead exposure from different work surfaces, such as, but not limited to lunchrooms, warehouse shelves with merchandises, warehouse equipment and employees work stations and desks:    a) WIPE #2-81.073 ug/ft2 (Lunchroom, the microwave top upper right side);  b) WIPE #4-92.556 ug/ft2 (Warehouse area, surface of Synergy 1 Turntable Stretch Wrapper); and,  c) WIPE #5-478.8066 ug/ft2 (Warehouse area, surface of the merchandise storage shelves).
