On or about January 19, 2024, in tear room, the employer had not assessed and provided appropriate hand protection for employees who used Safety?Kleen Premium Solvent (skin absorption hazard with central nervous system effects, skin burns and irritant, inhalation hazard, eye irritant) to hand clean parts and dies.
