29 CFR 1910.242(a): The employer was not responsible for the safe condition of tools and equipment used by employees, including tools and equipment which may be furnished by employees: (a) In the pipe extrusion area, on or about December 8, 2016 and at times prior to, employees utilized electric reciprocating saws in wet conditions at the water tanks associated with the pipe extrusion lines to remove piping and clear jams, exposing them to electrical hazards.
