29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions: a) 1961 Park Avenue Bensalem, PA: On or about November 10, 2016, employees were working at ground level, underneath workers were performing frame carpentry work, without wearing any type of head protection. b) 1961 Park Avenue Bensalem, PA: On or about November 10, 2016, employees using a pneumatic-powered nail guns to set roof trusses were not wearing appropriate eye protection.
