29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: On or about January 18th, 2017, employees in the paint line area were exposed to smoke inhalation in the event of a fire and the paint booths were not cleaned as necessary to prevent the build-up of combustible residues.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about January 18th, 2017, employees working in the paint line area were exposed to electrical shock when using an outlet that was affixed to the metal table that had the strain relief pulled away exposing the live conductors.
