29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: (a) Jobsite: On or about January 17, 2017, an employee was descending a 32 foot extension ladder and he was carrying a bucket of roof cement. This employee fell from the ladder and received severe injuries.
