29 CFR 1926.20(b) (2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a. Walnut Park @ Mundy Mill Subdivision, 4421 Clubside Drive, Lot #58, Gainesville, GA (Jobsite) - Employees (Roofing Subcontractors) were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards while working on the newly constructed residential home. The employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the project and/or the employees making sure the employees/roofers were utilizing their fall protection equipment and other protective equipment, on or about February 8, 2017.
