29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about February 8, 2017, at Lot 57, 4419 Clubside Drive, Gainesville, Georgia: Employees performing roofing work were exposed to stuck-by and fall hazards when the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to identify hazards such as, but not limited to falls from elevation, use of improper fall protection equipment, and lack of personal protective equipment.
