29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about December 18, 2018, at the Parkside at Mulberry job site, on West Union Grove Circle, Auburn, Georgia: An employee performing roofing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet when he did not use fall protection while working on a 10/12 slope roof. All Southern Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1217798, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/20/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 56, 3749 Lily Magnolia Court, Buford, Georgia.
